Stephen Miller State Farm is looking for a motivated and competitive Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

This is a new-business sales position focused on turning prospects into customers. You'll connect with leads, uncover needs, provide insurance options, follow up consistently, and confidently ask for the business.

We're looking for drive, persistence, communication skills, and a desire to win. Insurance experience isn't required for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

Connect with prospects through outbound calls, inbound leads, referrals, and agency marketing
Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
Identify customer needs and prepare insurance quotes
Explain available options and recommend appropriate products
Follow up consistently with prospects
Overcome objections and ask for the business
Develop referrals and new customer opportunities
Meet individual and team new-business goals
Track sales activity and maintain accurate records

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
