Stephen Miller State Farm is looking for a dependable, caring, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is a true customer service-focused position for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
Our customers turn to us when they have questions, need to make changes, or aren't sure what to do next. You'll listen, understand what they need, take ownership of the situation, and help find a solution.

What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers
- Answer questions and assist with policy changes, billing, documentation, and account needs
- Help customers understand their policies and coverage
- Assist customers with navigating the claims process and next steps
- Process service requests accurately and efficiently
- Follow up on outstanding customer needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Work with other team members to resolve customer concerns
- Build strong customer relationships and contribute to retention
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Strong follow-through and personal accountability
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or insurance experience preferred, but not required
- Must possess or be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
