Stephen Miller State Farm is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Life Insurance Specialist to join our team.
This is a sales-focused position dedicated to helping individuals and families understand their life insurance needs and put appropriate protection in place.
We're looking for someone who combines empathy with confidence—someone who can have meaningful conversations, explain options clearly, and help customers take action.

What You'll Do
- Develop life insurance opportunities with new and existing customers
- Conduct needs-based life insurance conversations
- Educate customers about available products and options
- Prepare recommendations based on identified needs
- Guide customers through the application process
- Follow up throughout the sales and underwriting process
- Generate opportunities through existing relationships, referrals, and prospecting
- Build and manage a life insurance pipeline
- Meet individual and agency life production goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable requirements
What We're Looking For
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous life insurance, insurance, or financial services sales experience preferred
- Must possess or be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
