Veracity Ventures Inc. is looking for a driven and innovative Robotics Engineering Lead to join our growing team in Santa Rosa, CA. Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of industrial robotics/automation experience
- Hands-on cobot programming and integration
- Experience with Universal Robots or similar platforms
- AMR deployment and factory material-handling automation
- Robot simulation and offline programming
- Integration of robots, sensors, vision systems, grippers, and factory equipment
- Experience with commissioning, FAT/SAT, validation, and production deployment
- Project leadership and mentoring experience while remaining technically hands-on
- Knowledge of robotics safety and risk assessment
- Experience with ROS/ROS2, RoboDK, RobotStudio, machine vision, or CAD is a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation: $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
