As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of the brands our client represents at live retail campaigns and promotional events. You will:

- Greet customers and start friendly conversations
- Explain products, services, and current promotions
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right solution
- Guide customers through the sales and sign-up process
- Work with your team to hit individual and team sales goals
- Keep the promotional space clean, organized, and inviting
What we're looking for
- Great communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude
- A customer-first, results-driven mindset
- Willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
- Team player who can also work independently
- Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, call center, or events is a plus, but not required
