- Lead operational performance across multiple childcare and early childhood education centers
- Conduct regular onsite visits and coach Center Directors and leadership teams
- Monitor enrollment, staffing, retention, labor, revenue, P&L performance, and key business metrics
- Partner with franchise owners on business planning, growth opportunities, and operational improvements
- Coach and develop Center Directors and emerging leaders
- Support recruiting, training, employee retention, and leadership development
- Ensure centers meet applicable childcare licensing, health, safety, franchise, and company standards
- Support licensing visits, operational reviews, and corrective action plans
- Partner with Marketing and Operations to improve enrollment, retention, and family experience
- Support new center openings, staffing, and operational readiness across the territory
- Identify performance gaps and work with center leaders to develop and execute improvement plans
- Early childhood education experience in a licensed childcare environment required
- 5+ years of multi-unit, district, franchise, or field operations leadership experience preferred
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing multi-site leadership teams
- Strong understanding of childcare, preschool, daycare, licensing, and center operations
- Experience analyzing P&L statements, budgets, labor, enrollment, revenue, and KPIs
- Strong business acumen with effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with franchise owners or multi-location businesses preferred
- Must reside in or near Austin, TX and be able to travel approximately 85% locally and throughout the assigned multi-state territory
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- $100,000–$115,000 annual salary
