Physical Therapist Assistant PTA Home Health / Flexible Schedule

We are hiring a California-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health visits. This is a great opportunity for a PTA looking for flexible scheduling, independent field work, and a supportive clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide PTA visits in patients' homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Carry out prescribed therapy treatment plans
- Assist with strengthening, mobility, balance, gait, and transfer training
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications

Active California PTA license
- 1+ year of PTA experience preferred
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- EMR experience preferred
