Why This Career Rewards Growth

This isn't a role with a fixed ceiling — it's built for people who want to keep growing:
  • No fixed ceiling: Your income and career trajectory are shaped by your own effort, not a salary band or a title.
  • Real mentorship: Learn directly from advisors who've built successful practices, not just a manual or a manager.
  • Goal-driven growth: Setting targets and tracking progress is part of the day-to-day rhythm, so your growth is visible and measurable.
  • Ownership: Build a practice around your own strengths, network, and pace — not someone else's playbook.
  • Long-term trajectory: Many advisors grow into leadership, wealth management, or partnership roles over time, as our own team demonstrates.
About the Role
As a Financial Advisor, you'll work with clients to understand their financial needs and build personalized strategies to protect their assets, income, and long-term security. Unlike a traditional job with a fixed ceiling, this is a practice you build yourself — the harder and smarter you work, the further it grows.

Responsibilities
  • Meeting with clients to assess their financial goals, aspirations, and concerns
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans covering investments, insurance, and retirement
  • Recommend and implement insurance strategies to protect clients' assets and income
  • Monitor clients' financial plans and adjust strategies as circumstances change
  • Build a growing client network through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations
  • Set and pursue your own growth goals, with mentorship and support along the way
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience in financial services or business development is beneficial but not required
  • Self-motivated and growth-oriented, with a track record of setting and chasing goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Willingness to obtain required licenses, including Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses — training and sponsorship available
What We Offer
  • Ongoing training and development, including sponsorship for advanced certifications
  • Performance-based compensation with no ceiling; driven by your own effort
  • Comprehensive support from a dedicated planning team, marketing resources, and experienced mentors
  • Flexibility to build a schedule around your lifestyle and goals
  • Company-funded pension and PFGF profit-sharing contributions
  • The opportunity to build a meaningful, long-term practice while making a lasting impact in your community
