Job Title: Fundraising Coordinator - Eclipse Drum and Bugle Corps
Job Type: Part-Time
Location: Midwest, USA (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $7.50 - $10.00
Reports To: Corps Director - Eclipse Drum and Bugle Corps
Responsibilities:
- Manage all fundraising activities
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns with partner corps
- Coordinate community show event
- Manage meal sponsors during tour season
- Manage Rallybound for student tuition fundraiser
- Manage Snapraise
- Innovate and create new fundraising opportunities
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in fundraising, event coordination, or marching arts administration
- Management and office environment experience
- High School diploma/GED
- Pass a background check (driving position will require a MV check)
- Strong knowledge of Drum Corps International (DCI) operations and competitive season structure
- Excellent organizational and time management skills in high-pressure environments
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams of staff and volunteers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse groups of people
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the summer competitive season
- Budget management experience and fiscal responsibility
- Valid driver's license; CDL or experience with large vehicle/fleet coordination a plus
- Must not be eligible to march in DCI as a participant.
Additional Details:
- Flexible schedule allowed.
- Overtime and weekend work will be required in the summer.
- Work will be done in varying conditions.
- The position requires one weekend of availability between November - May.
- June - August requires multiple weeks or sequential days of availability.
Compensation and Benefits
- Bi-weekly pay at agreed upon rate
- Organization bonus (depending, in part, on organization, program, and individual performance).
