- Daily Operations Management — Oversee class flow, scheduling, cleanliness, safety, and customer experience throughout the day.
- Team Leadership — Lead, coach, and support instructors; ensure staff follow My Gym curriculum, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
- Program Quality Oversight — Maintain consistency in class delivery, energy, and engagement; ensure all activities meet My Gym standards.
- Parent & Child Engagement — Build strong relationships with families, address concerns, and create a welcoming environment.
- Training & Onboarding — Assist in training new instructors and maintaining ongoing staff development.
- Administrative Support — Help with scheduling, communication, inventory, birthday party coordination, and special events.
- Safety & Cleanliness Oversight — Ensure the gym remains clean, safe, and compliant with My Gym and childcare standards.
- Event Leadership — Support or lead camps, parties, seasonal events, and promotional activities.
- My Gym experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 10 years
- Background in early childhood education, child development, daycare, or similar fields
- Proven team lead or supervisory experience
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain a high‑energy, positive environment
- Comfortable performing physical activity, demonstrating skills, and engaging with children
- Must be available for a 35‑hour full‑time schedule, including some weekends or evenings as needed
- Class instruction experience
- Customer service strengths
- Conflict resolution
- Early childhood curriculum familiarity
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment
