About the Role:
Mona Lisa Cosmetic Surgery is looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for videography and photography to join our team in New York, NY. Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- Develop and manage a consistent content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and brand goals
- Capture before-and-after transformations, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage in a professional and compliant manner
- Monitor social media analytics and adjust content strategy to maximize engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to highlight services, promotions, and practice culture
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering an active online community
- Stay current on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and aesthetic industry content trends
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
- Proficient in videography and photography with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative visual storytelling
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form video content best practices
- Knowledge of photo editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop
- Ability to handle sensitive medical content with professionalism, discretion, and HIPAA awareness
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry is a strong plus

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per week
