- At least three years of experience in water mitigation, restoration, or a related field is preferred. You should have strong knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, and industry-standard restoration procedures.
- You have demonstrated the ability to lead and support mitigation crews, assess job-site conditions, recognize potential problems, and communicate concerns to management.

- Maintain accurate moisture readings, photos, equipment logs, and other required job documentation. Promptly communicate progress, unexpected conditions, scope changes, and customer concerns to the Mitigation Project Manager.
- Provide professional, courteous service to homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and other stakeholders. Help maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and properly care for company equipment, vehicles, and supplies.
