About the Role:
Banner Pool Service Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Repair Service & Billing Coordinator to join our team in Fort Myers, FL
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule pool repair service calls, technician dispatching, and follow-up appointments
- Prepare, process, and track customer invoices and billing statements accurately
- Communicate with customers regarding service status, repair updates, and billing inquiries
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and job documentation
- Collaborate with field technicians and management to ensure timely job completion
- Process payments, manage accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding balances
- Support daily office operations including data entry, filing, and customer correspondence
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, or similar platforms required
- Prior experience in service coordination, billing, or office administration preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing interactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, service-driven environment
- Experience in the pool, home services, or trades industry is a bonus
- Reliable, professional, and a true team player
