Position Summary
As a Studio Manager / Lash Artist / Esthetician at deka+, your primary focus will be providing lash extensions, lash lifts, brow services and select skincare services while creating an exceptional experience for every client.

Responsibilities

Be the first level of support for Rogers Studio for customer satisfaction and overall studio appearance and culture
Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend services that best fit their needs
Perform lash extensions, lash lifts, brow services and other services within your training and licensure
Deliver a high level of client care from consultation through checkout
Educate clients on aftercare, maintenance and recommended service frequency
Introduce clients to memberships, retail products and additional services when appropriate
Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary workspace
Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming, professional and positive studio environment

Requirements

Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist, based on state requirements
2+ years of lash experience preferred, but not required — paid training is provided
Strong communication and customer service skills
Passion for beauty and helping clients feel their best
Friendly, dependable, coachable and excited to continue learning

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
