ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience with the business and a clear vision for the type of agency I wanted to build. Outside of work, I’m a proud parent of three kids, ages 14, 11, and 8, and my background as a college athlete has shaped the competitive, team-oriented mindset I bring to the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Jeff Sallee - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
