Part-time W-2 opportunities are our current priority; full-time availability is also welcome. Bring your massage skills to a thoughtful wellness club built around Strength. Stillness. Renewal. No existing clientele or previous luxury-spa experience is required.
COMPENSATION
- 40% of eligible collected massage-service revenue personally performed
- Approximately $62-$98 per completed treatment, based on our planned massage menu, plus 100% of guest gratuities
- $25 per hour for approved training, meetings, administrative duties, and assigned non-service time
The $62-$98 figures are per-treatment compensation, not an hourly rate. Actual service earnings depend on completed appointments, collected revenue, and service mix. Gratuities and appointment volume are not guaranteed.
WHAT SOLTERRA PROVIDES
- Fully equipped treatment rooms, products, supplies, linens, and laundry support
- Scheduling, front-desk support, marketing, and member referrals
- Paid training in Solterra protocols and hospitality standards
- No room rental and no requirement to bring a book of business
YOUR WORK
Listen closely, assess goals and contraindications, and deliver technically strong massage within Ohio scope of practice. Maintain accurate documentation, professional boundaries, and calm, guest-ready treatment rooms.
Our approach combines customized massage with thoughtful hospitality, personalized consultations, and welcoming treatment rituals. You will collaborate with a broader movement, recovery, and skin-health team while developing your craft.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An active Ohio Massage Therapy license in good standing is required. We value strong fundamentals, anatomy knowledge, attentive listening, dependable follow-through, and a desire to keep learning.
Experienced therapists and talented newer licensed therapists are welcome. Additional modalities are helpful, not required.
SCHEDULE AND START TIMING
We are seeking consistent weekly availability, with schedules discussed individually. Evening and weekend availability is valuable.
We are hiring our founding team now. Training and start dates will be confirmed individually; the club's service launch remains subject to site readiness, occupancy approval, and required inspections.
