What You'll Do

Keep Teams Moving: Dispatch HVAC installation crews and manage daily schedules for maximum efficiency.
Solve Problems: Handle scheduling changes, unexpected challenges, and customer concerns.
Support Technicians: Communicate job details, track progress, and match teams to jobs based on their strengths and qualifications.
Deliver Great Service: Answer customer questions, provide updates, and ensure a positive experience.
Drive Results: Maintain accurate records, meet daily performance goals, and help maximize productivity and revenue.

What We're Looking For

Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Quick thinker who stays calm under pressure.
Goal-driven, dependable, and eager to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
HVAC or dispatching experience is a plus, but not required!
