About the Role:
Mid Star Lab Inc is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control professional to join their team in Tonganoxie, KS. This is a great opportunity to play a critical role in maintaining product integrity and ensuring the highest standards of quality in a dynamic lab environment.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Document and report quality control findings, defects, and non-conformances
- Perform routine quality audits and checks throughout the production or lab process
- Collaborate with production and lab teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality metrics
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company quality guidelines
- Recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes
Requirements:
- Prior experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related lab/production role
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools, techniques, and documentation practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, specifications, and procedures
- Solid understanding of safety and compliance standards in a lab or manufacturing setting
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
