Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA or senior clinician
- Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients in home, community, or clinic settings
- Collect accurate and consistent data on client progress, behaviors, and skill acquisition
- Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Utilize positive reinforcement strategies and evidence-based techniques during sessions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent support
- Maintain detailed session notes and documentation in compliance with agency standards
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Behavior Technician, DSP, paraprofessional, or in a related human services role
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Familiarity with ABA principles, discrete trial training (DTT), and naturalistic teaching strategies
- Strong data collection and documentation skills
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in dynamic or challenging situations
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in the Golden Valley, MN area
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to client growth and dignity
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
