We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Surgery RN to provide pre-operative, post-operative, and Phase 1 recovery care for surgical patients in an acute-care hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-op, post-op, and Phase 1 recovery nursing care.
- Assess and monitor patients before and after procedures.
- Provide appropriate nursing interventions and ensure patient safety.
- Coordinate with physicians, patients, families, and the surgical team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow nursing standards.
Requirements
- Active California RN license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS – AHA required.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
- At least 1 year of recent Outpatient Surgery RN experience in an acute-care hospital.
- At least 1 year of recent Phase 1 recovery/PACU experience.
- CNOR, CPAN, TNCC, or relevant surgical-services certifications are preferred.
Compensation: $150,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
