About the Role:
Bliss Dental is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk team member to be the welcoming face of our dental practice in Cottonwood Heights, UT. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused team where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference every day.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
- Verify dental insurance benefits and process patient billing and co-pays
- Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information
- Coordinate patient flow and communicate wait times to ensure a smooth office experience
- Manage office correspondence including emails, forms, and referrals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare front desk role preferred
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) a plus
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, patient-focused attitude with a professional appearance
- Proficiency in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
