Cobalt Equipment is looking for an IT Support Supervisor to build and maintain the network, Wi-Fi, and security systems infrastructure at our new Haskell, TX workforce housing community. If you like solving problems and want to help stand up a site's tech from scratch, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
• Maintain the on-site network, Video Surveillance Systems (VSS), and Wi-Fi infrastructure
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for site staff
• Support and maintain VSS and access control systems
• Coordinate with corporate IT on system-wide issues
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Experience with network, Wi-Fi, and VSS/access control systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and independence
• Reliable, calm under pressure, and comfortable working 12-hour shifts
What We Offer
• $24.00-$28.00/hr., overtime eligible

Our Haskell Community
We are building and operating a brand-new workforce accommodation community in Haskell, TX, supporting a major data center construction project. The community will grow in phases and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, giving residents a safe, comfortable, and well-run place to live, eat, and recharge after long days on the job.
From the front desk to the maintenance shop, every role on our crew helps make the community feel like home. We are hiring leaders, hospitality professionals, skilled trades, drivers, and support staff, and we are building the team from the ground up.
