Part-time or full-time opportunities available. Based in Mahopac, NY, serving Westchester and Putnam Counties.

Lead residential HVAC installations with attention to workmanship, safety, and the homeowner's experience.
Responsibilities:
- Organize installation work and guide installers and helpers.
- Install heating, cooling, ducted, and ductless equipment within the assigned scope.
- Check installation details, start up equipment, and document completed work.
- Communicate job progress, material needs, and concerns to management.
Qualifications:
- Residential HVAC installation experience and ability to lead a crew.
- Ability to read installation instructions and coordinate job-site work.
- Strong workmanship, communication, and attention to detail.
- Applicable certifications for assigned work.
