Job Description

We are looking for a hydraulic mechanic with proven experience in Bobcat and Takeuchi equipment to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a solid knowledge of diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of heavy machinery hydraulic systems, including skid steers, compact track loaders, and mini excavators.

We are looking for a responsible, trained person with practical experience in the identification and solution of hydraulic and mechanical failures.

Main responsibilities

Diagnose and repair faults in hydraulic systems of Bobcat and Takeuchi equipment.
Repair and replace hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, hoses, and fittings.
Perform hydraulic pressure tests and detect leaks.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery.
Check and repair auxiliary hydraulic systems and accessories.
Use technical manuals and diagnostic tools to identify faults.
Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, and parts used.
Comply with safety regulations and keep the work area organized.

Requirements

Proven experience as a hydraulic mechanic or heavy machinery technician.
Specialized knowledge of Bobcat and Takeuchi equipment.
Mastery of hydraulic systems, circuits and hydraulic diagrams.
Expertise in repairing hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, and valves.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic problems.
Experience with skid steers, compact track loaders, and mini excavators.
Ability to work independently and solve technical problems.
Valid driver's license, preferred.
Own tools, if required for the position.

Knowledge of Bobcat and Takeuchi service manuals and procedures.
Basic knowledge of electricity and electro-hydraulic systems.
Welding and manufacturing experience.
Technical certifications or specialized training.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
