Outbound Team Lead-Mandarin Required

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Outbound Team Lead with warehouse management experience to lead frontline associates in daily outbound operations, including picking, order verification, packing, labeling, and shipping. This role ensures orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in coordinating daily outbound operations.
- Lead the team in picking, verifying, packing, labeling, loading, and shipping orders.
- Assign daily tasks based on order volume, workload, and shipping schedules.
- Monitor work progress and quality to minimize incorrect shipments, missing items, product damage, and shipping delays.
- Verify orders, SKUs, item quantities, labels, and carrier information to ensure shipment accuracy.
- Train and guide new employees on outbound procedures, equipment operation, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Address and promptly report order exceptions, inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and safety hazards.
- Assist with employee attendance, workplace discipline, productivity, and shift handovers.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized outbound area.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or a related field.
- Familiarity with picking, order verification, packing, labeling, loading, and shipping processes.
- Experience supervising an outbound team or leading frontline warehouse associates preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce warehousing, cross-border logistics, or overseas warehouse operations preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), handheld PDA/RF scanners, or barcode systems preferred.
- A dependable, detail-oriented approach and the ability to complete outbound tasks on time.
- Strong communication, coordination, floor management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform warehouse duties, including standing, walking, and lifting or moving goods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
