ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in July 2020 and currently lead a team of 11. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me valuable firsthand experience in the industry before pursuing agency ownership. I'm a proud Michigan State University graduate and parent of two children. Outside of work, I'm passionate about fitness and enjoy training for and competing in triathlons, which has helped shape my competitive mindset, discipline, and determination.

Our agency offers licensing reimbursement, hands-on coaching, professional development, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also enjoy regular team-building events and outings that give everyone an opportunity to connect, celebrate successes, and strengthen relationships outside of the daily routine.

We've built a great team environment where positivity, collaboration, and supporting one another are at the heart of what we do. We believe in working hard, continuously improving, and creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy being part of the team.

I'm looking for someone who brings a strong personality, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. The right person will be trustworthy, bright, coachable, and confident in their ability to connect with others. If you're motivated to grow, enjoy being part of a supportive team, and want to build a rewarding career in an agency that values its people, we'd love to meet you.
