Superior Fence & Rail is a growing, nationally recognized fence company looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our Augusta team.
This is a fast-paced position supporting customers, sales, and operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, comfortable on the phone, and able to stay on top of multiple tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with and assist the Office Manager with daily office operations
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers
- Schedule, cancel, and reschedule sales appointments
- Enter and maintain customer information in Fence360 CRM
- Handle HOA submissions and approval tracking
- Assist with permits and required paperwork
- Submit and monitor SC811 / GA811 utility locate requests
- Confirm sales appointments and installation dates
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text
- Complete customer and sales follow-up
- Support the sales and operations teams
- Maintain accurate records, notes, and documentation
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and office organization
- Help provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Willing to learn, take direction, and work closely with the Office Manager
- Office or customer service experience preferred
- CRM experience is a plus
