Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and clinical assessments in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the appropriate clinical team members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and available resources
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and care teams
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible per diem schedule
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
