Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services to clients in need of behavioral health support. Duties: - Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients - Provide individual and group therapy sessions - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records - Offer crisis intervention and management as needed - Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of medical records in client care Skills: - Possess a valid license as a Clinical Social Worker - Proficiency in behavioral health systems and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) - Familiarity with ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation - Experience in case management and crisis intervention - Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need of mental health support.
