We’re seeking a trusted, well-connected community member who naturally builds relationships and understands the needs of local families.
 If friends, neighbors, and community members already turn to you for guidance and resources, this role may be a great fit.

As a Community Resource Liaison, you’ll identify and engage individuals and families who may benefit from our Social Care Network Program, with a focus on addressing food insecurity. You’ll share available resources and connect interested individuals with our care coordination team for eligibility screening and enrollment.

(1099 Independent Contractor) $20-25/hour | Flexible Schedule
