Primetone LLC is looking for a responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as a Cleaning Staff in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning, attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, organized and safe facilities. We are looking for a person with a professional attitude, capable of working independently and complying with the cleaning standards set by the company.
Working hours
- Monday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Tuesday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Total: 38.5 hours per week before lunch is discounted.
Main responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including common areas, hallways, restrooms, and other facilities.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
- Empty the garbage containers and dispose of the waste properly.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and bathroom items when needed.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly.
- Follow the cleaning procedures and hygiene standards established.
- Report maintenance issues, unsafe situations, or lack of supplies to the supervisor.
- Keep the facilities clean, tidy and presentable.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within the set time.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential, commercial cleaning, or facility maintenance, preferred.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions.
- Punctuality, responsibility and professional attitude.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning, including standing, bending, and lifting supplies as needed.
- Authorization to work legally in the United States.
