Cleaning and Maintenance Staff
Part time • FL-Miami
Primetone LLC is looking for a responsible, punctual, and experienced individual like Porter to work on a residential property located in Miami, Florida.
The selected person will be responsible for keeping the common areas clean, tidy and in good condition. We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning and maintenance of properties, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Main responsibilities
- Keep common areas clean, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other shared areas.
- Collect and dispose of garbage and recyclable materials correctly.
- Keep entrances, sidewalks, and outdoor areas of the property clean and presentable.
- Supervise the general cleanliness of the facility and report any maintenance issues.
- Inform management of unsafe situations or repair needs.
- Replenish cleaning supplies when necessary.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Perform other duties related to the position as directed by supervision.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a porter, housekeeper, or property maintenance
- Responsibility, punctuality and good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions.
- Professional attitude and commitment to the quality of work.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintenance.
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday on schedule.
Working hours

Saturday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Sunday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Total: 17 hours per week before deducting possible unpaid breaks.
Immediate start: The selected candidate must be available to start on Saturday, October 17, 2026.
