About the Role:
Independence Home Health LLC is looking for compassionate and dependable Weekend PRN Aides to join our dedicated care team in Nashville, IN. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Support patients with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition or behavior to supervising staff
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote patient well-being
- Document care activities accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow individualized care plans and adhere to home health safety protocols
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or caregiver preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification a plus
- Availability to work weekends on a PRN (as-needed) basis
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in the Nineveh, IN area
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered demeanor
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass a background check and meet applicable state requirements

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
