HVAC Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor

Fusion Home Services is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team!
We are a locally owned and operated company serving the Hampton Roads area. We take pride in providing quality heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and insulation services to our customers.
We are looking for a sales professional who understands the HVAC industry, enjoys working with homeowners, and has a proven track record of closing sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs.
- Recommend HVAC equipment, system replacements, and upgrades.
- Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals.
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
- Explain financing options, warranties, and available promotions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Work closely with our installation and office teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications

MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF HVAC SALES EXPERIENCE.
- Proven success in selling residential heating and cooling systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation requirements, and system options.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales leads.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus.
