About the Role:
Martin & Harris, Inc. is looking for a detail-driven Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team in San Rafael, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced bookkeeping professional to take full ownership of the accounting function in a dynamic, established organization. Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and balance sheets monthly
- Generate financial reports including profit & loss statements and cash flow analysis
- Handle month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain and organize financial records in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full charge bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Compensation: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
As an appliance repair technician, you’ll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words, you’ll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work.
You’ll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you’ll have to deal with people, too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
