Participate in selecting and hiring passionate educators.
Partner with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
Conduct classroom observations and offer practical feedback to support the delivery of our research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.
Help teachers confidently use our exclusive digital curriculum platform.
