I opened my agency in 1998 and currently lead an experienced team of seven. I’m a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and have built my entire State Farm career around serving customers, developing a strong team, and consistently striving for excellence. I’m proud to have qualified for Chairman’s Circle for 10 years, reflecting the high standards and strong performance of our agency.
Outside of work, I love to travel, spend time at the beach, play golf, and cheer on Clemson. I believe in working hard, enjoying what you do, and making time to have fun along the way. Giving back is also important to us, and I stay very involved with our local fire department.

As Account Associate for Cliff Gaubert - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
