Role Description:

Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service to current clients
- Greet and assist incoming customers in our store-front location
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and work together to attain sales goals both individually and as a team
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads and generate reports
Requirements:
- Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty License, as well as Life and Health License within 1-2 months after first day of employment (all costs associated paid by Agent)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
- Take pride in completing work both accurately and timely
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Preference to work in a team environment

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
