Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with boarding, securing, and exiting vehicles safely
- Provide courteous and attentive care to passengers, including individuals with disabilities
- Operate or assist with wheelchair lifts, ramps, and securement systems
- Monitor passenger well-being throughout the duration of each trip
- Communicate effectively with drivers and dispatch to ensure on-time, efficient routes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming vehicle environment
- Document and report any incidents, concerns, or special passenger needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in passenger assistance, caregiving, or transportation preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, compassionate demeanor
- Ability to assist passengers with mobility challenges, including wheelchair handling
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States
