ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my State Farm agency in 2011, continuing a family tradition that goes back three generations. My dad has been a local State Farm Agent for over 40 years, and my brother and I are also part of the State Farm family. Before becoming an agent, I served in the Air Force, which helped shape my appreciation for teamwork, dedication, and serving others.
Giving back to the community is a big part of who I am. I serve as the board chair for our local school district and believe in finding ways to make a positive impact where we live and work.
My agency is made up of a team with a great mix of ages, personalities, and experiences. We’re a group of go-getters who want to be the best we can be, both individually and together. We enjoy spending time together outside of work, whether that means team lunches, dinners, or simply celebrating our successes. We believe in pushing each other to grow while supporting one another along the way.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Tyler McClung - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
