Skyframe & Art is looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our Miami workshop. We specialize in custom picture framing, fine art printing, and art production.
No picture framing experience is required. We will train the right person. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning practical skills, and seeing a finished product come together, we encourage you to apply. Must know how to use hand and power tools!
What you’ll do:
- Assist with frame preparation, sanding, basic assembly, and other workshop tasks.
- Learn picture framing and finishing techniques alongside our team.
- Help wrap, pack, and protect finished frames and artwork.
- Move and organize materials, supplies, and finished pieces safely.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Support the production team in completing orders accurately and on time.
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- A willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Attention to detail and care when handling artwork and materials.
- Comfort with standing, working with your hands, and moving materials throughout the day.
- A positive attitude and ability to work with a team.
Experience in general labor, warehouse work, construction, carpentry, furniture assembly, painting, or manufacturing is helpful, but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and a measuring tape is a plus.
This is an opportunity to learn a skilled trade while contributing to a working art and framing shop.
We are looking to hire as soon as possible.
Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
