QA Automation Lead
Introduction:
We are seeking a highly experienced QA Automation Lead with over 10+ years of software testing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Guidewire Claim Center and Policy Center, QA strategy, test planning, execution oversight, defect management, and release governance. This role will involve developing automation solutions using Playwright, WebDriverIO, Cucumber BDD, Selenium, API automation with Postman and Karate, and performance testing with JMeter.
Responsibilities:
- Develop automation solutions using Playwright, WebDriverIO, and other automation tools
- Automate Guidewire workflows using the GT-UI Framework
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab
- Create and execute test plans and test cases
- Participate in defect management and resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of software testing experience
- Experience with Guidewire Claim Center and Policy Center
- Hands-on experience with Playwright and WebDriverIO
- Strong expertise in QA strategy, test planning, and execution oversight
- Experience in defect management and release governance
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with USAA
- Experience with Cucumber BDD, Selenium, API automation with Postman and Karate, and performance testing with JMeter
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab
Compensation: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour
