Endurance Group is currently seeking a Data Engineer to develop and maintain secure data integration, transformation, and analysis workflows focused on Palantir platforms and SharePoint-based information sources. You will extract, screen, validate, and organize structured and semi-structured data to create reliable, analysis-ready datasets that support operational reporting, situational awareness, and mission decision-making.

You will bridge source systems and operational users by improving data discoverability, accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. Working with technical and mission stakeholders, you will turn distributed SharePoint content and enterprise data into governed data products, repeatable workflows, and actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data ingestion and transformation workflows connecting SharePoint and other approved enterprise sources to Palantir environments.
  • Screen and assess SharePoint lists, libraries, files, and metadata for completeness, accuracy, duplication, relevance, and data quality.
  • Develop reusable datasets, feature tables, and standardized semantic definitions to support consistent reporting and analysis.
  • Build curated datasets, data models, and repeatable analytical workflows that support operational dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decisions.
  • Implement appropriate data access controls, documentation, lineage, and quality assurance for sensitive operational information.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualififcations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on data engineering experience.
  • Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong SQL and Python skills, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and automation.
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry or comparable enterprise data integration and analytics platforms; direct Palantir experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with SharePoint lists, document libraries, metadata, permissions, and Microsoft 365 data sources.
  • Knowledge of APIs, connectors, ETL/ELT workflows, data modeling, data quality, metadata, lineage, and governed data access.
  • Ability to develop screening logic, filtering criteria, reconciliation processes, and reproducible datasets for operational analysis.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work with multidisciplinary technical and operational teams and maintain sound engineering documentation and practices.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Palantir Foundry pipelines, ontology/data modeling, SharePoint REST APIs or Microsoft Graph, Power Query, Power BI, Azure data services, and government or defense data environments.

Compensation: $136,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
