We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses for a Women's Services department in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of Labor and Delivery (L&D) RN experience, including experience gained within the last two years.

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses for a Women's Services department in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of Labor and Delivery (L&D) RN experience, including experience gained within the last two years.
Selected candidates must be comfortable working across all areas of Women's Services, including Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Antepartum. Cross-training may be provided for Postpartum and Antepartum if needed.
A current North Carolina RN license or an eligible Compact RN license with North Carolina endorsement is required.
Important: Candidates without Labor and Delivery nursing experience will not be considered. Recent L&D experience is mandatory.

Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina, or a qualifying Compact RN license with the required North Carolina endorsement or authorization.

At least 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience.

Recent Labor and Delivery experience within the past 2 years.
- Willingness and ability to work across all Women's Services areas:
- Labor and Delivery (L&D)
- Postpartum
- Antepartum
- Labor and Delivery (L&D)
- Willingness to complete cross-training for Postpartum and Antepartum if necessary.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hospital-based healthcare environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a hospital Women's Services or maternity department.
- Experience caring for patients during labor, childbirth, and postpartum recovery.
- Familiarity with maternal and fetal monitoring, obstetric emergencies, and maternity nursing protocols.
- Experience providing antepartum and postpartum care.
- Strong patient education, teamwork, and care-coordination skills.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
