The San Antonio Coalition for Life is seeking a passionate, mission-driven Executive Director to lead the organization’s strategy, programs, operations, and community presence. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this visionary leader will mobilize staff, volunteers, donors, churches, and community partners to champion a culture of life.

·        Location: San Antonio, TX

·        Commitment: Starting as part-time, with a strong desire to transition to full-time as you grow the organization and staff.

·        Compensation: Competitive and highly commensurate with your skills and experience.

The Role

As our chief staff leader and public voice, you will combine a deep, non-negotiable commitment to protecting human life with practical nonprofit management. You are someone who turns big plans into life-saving results through strong communication, sound judgment, and inspiring leadership.

Key Responsibilities

·        Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Board to set strategic priorities, execute plans, and report on growth and financial health.

·        Mission-Driven Operations: Direct day-to-day operations, ensuring all programs, policies, and resources align perfectly with our life-affirming mission.

·        Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a dedicated team of staff, contractors, and volunteers to maintain high standards of impact.

·        Fundraising & Stewardship: Fuel the mission by leading individual giving, grants, campaigns, sponsorships, and our annual banquet.

·        Community Mobilization: Oversee the joyful execution of 40 Days for Life campaigns, sidewalk outreach, educational events, and deep church engagement to inspire prayer and public action.
