Job Summary: Pay It Forward Flooring is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store products in the warehouse according to company procedures.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (if certified).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to comply with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members and management to fulfill orders and improve processes.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends if needed.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
- Knowledge of inventory management software or systems.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
- Previous experience in a retail or flooring industry is a plus.

Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
