RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate life insurance sales through prospecting, referrals, and consistent follow-up.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
- Explain coverage options and guide customers from application through policy issuance.
- Build lasting relationships through attentive service and policy reviews.
- Meet sales goals while maintaining accurate records and following agency procedures and applicable regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:

At least three years of experience selling life insurance required.
- Active Life Insurance license.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and close business.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to stay organized, take initiative, and work independently.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
