Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on HVAC Project Manager to join our growing team at Cottam HVAC. As a well-established, family-run company, we pride ourselves on close-knit collaboration, deep community roots, and high standards of workmanship.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our HVAC project developments across Westchester County and the Bronx. Please note: This position is strictly local, requires hands-on site coordination, and involves reporting daily to our office in the Bronx, NY.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate adequate workmanship and direct field operations across Westchester County and the Bronx
- Collaborate closely with our team, management, and field technicians
- Track adherence to project budgets, timelines, and local specifications
- Ensure necessary resources are available, allocated, and deployed efficiently
- Manage detailed project plans, milestones, and daily schedules
- Measure and report on project progress directly to company leadership
Required Qualifications
- Required: Demonstrated, strong technical proficiency in HVAC systems
- Required: Ability to report daily to our office in Bronx, NY, and manage local job sites spanning the Bronx and Westchester County
- Previous experience as an HVAC Technician, Project Manager, or in a similar operational role
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple local projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General eligibility to work in the U.S.

- FDNY Certificates
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan or similar (preferred)
Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
