Heralds Home Health is actively seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide skilled therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes
- Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assess home safety and recommend adaptive equipment
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other therapists
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist license
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in the field
