What You'll Do
As a Shift Leader, you'll help create an environment where both customers and team members
love to be.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of amazing baristas
- Foster a fun, positive, and productive work environment
- Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
- Ensure quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Support training and development of team members
- Help the store achieve sales, service, and performance goals
- Lead by example and uphold Scooter's Coffee Core Values
